Lindsey Vonn's 2024 ESPYS Dress Features a Crazy-High Slit and That’s Not Even The Most Daring Part!
The Olympic skier has been tapped as a presenter at the award show after last attending in 2022
Lindsey Vonn dared to bare on the 2024 ESPY Awards red carpet.
The Olympic alpine skier, 39, commanded attention as she stepped out for the biggest night in sports on July 11 wearing a bold yellow gown that was giving business from one side and party from the other.
Vonn rocked a one-sleeve yellow silk gown with a daringly high slit and side cutout that showed off her rib tattoo. She styled the look with a black clutch and strappy sandals and beachy waves.
At the ESPYS, which commemorate the past year in sports, Vonn has been tapped to present alongside several other stars in both the athletic and entertainment world, including Abbot Elementary’s Quinta Brunson, Golden Globe-winner Rob Lowe, former WNBA player Candace Parker, and NASCAR’s Ryan Blaney among many others. Tennis legend Serena Williams is set to host the event.
The four-time World Cup winner is no stranger to glamorous red carpet moments. At the award show in 2022, she rocked a fitted halter dress with a draped neck and mid-thigh slit at the back. The peach-hued Gucci gown served from all angels thanks to the plunging open back and ruching along the backside. featured a low V-shaped opening at the back with a bunched detailing. Vonn paired the design with white stiletto sandals, a textured ponytail and smokey eyeshadow which matched the hue of the dress.

Earlier this year, she also made a splash at the TIME 2024 Women of the Year Gala, where she paired a navy velvet blazer with a cream button down, purse and pointed shoes.

On the TIME gala carpet, the gold medalist opened up to PEOPLE about how she preserves the memory of her mother, who died in 2022.
“We had a family group chat, and she would send text messages almost every day with different inspirational quotes. I've got a million of them, and I always actually look back at them,” said Vonn. "I am kind of getting to the point now where I can look back with happy memories and not completely break down.”
The ESPY Awards are airing live on ABC beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
