  • 11/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 22/3 cup flaked unsweetened coconut
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract
  • 11/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 oz German's Sweet chocolate, shaved into curls
  • 1/2 coconut, shaved into curls
