Did you know you can use your FSA or HSA cards right on Amazon: Here's what we're buying

If you're approaching the deadline to spend the remaining dollars in your Flexible Spending Account before they expire, we've got some great news. You can add your FSA card or your Health Savings Account (HSA) card right to your Amazon account and shop directly on-site. There's even a digital FSA & HSA storefront on Amazon to narrow your search so you can be sure what you're adding to your cart will qualify.

An FSA typically has an expiration date, while an HSA will allow you to carry over the remaining funds you contributed to next year's pot. If you're like me and have an FSA with an impending deadline, you might be looking for ways to be sure to use all those funds so you don't lose them. I personally like to stock up on items I know will get used up in the coming year. For starters, I stock up on sunscreen from expensive and dermatologist-recommended brands like Elta MD and Supergoop. I also like to replenish all the bandaids, from kid-friendly to blisters. And, if I still have more money to spend, I'll grab some heat patches, Advil, allergy medicines, and maybe even some fancy beauty treatments to round things out.
