Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden are reportedly looking to say goodbye to their Beverly Hills mansion.
The couple have listed their massive, farmhouse-inspired 1.6 acre property in the Benedict Canyon neighborhood for $17.8 million, according to realtor.com,
Diaz, 51, and Madden, 45, bought the seven-bedroom, 8.5-bath mansion home just four years ago, PEOPLE previously reported, and paid $14.7 million for the property.
Back in 2020, PEOPLE reported that the lush property features a large main house and separate guesthouse designed in a farmhouse style, complete with French doors, fireplaces, and high beamed ceilings.

The primary house features a formal living room and marble-accented kitchen on the first floor.
The main suite, upstairs, takes up an entire wing of the house and is complete with a fireplace, sitting room, dressing room with double closets and two bathrooms.
Elsewhere, amenities include a home movie theater and a swimming pool with a waterfall.

Diaz and Madden's year has been quite busy outside of their potential move. In March, the pair announced that they welcomed a second child together — a son, Cardinal. The couple, who tied the knot in January 2015, were already parents to daughter Raddix Madden, who was born in December 2019.
Diaz has also made a return to acting this year, after taking a brief hiatus from the industry beginning in 2018. Just this year, she has announced projects including the Netflix movie Back in Actionalongside Jamie Foxx, a comedy film titled Outcome alongside Keanu Reeves and director Jonah Hill as well as the newest installment in the Shrek franchise.
